The CHS School of Engineering End of Year Banquet is fast approaching! Our events chairperson is currently working on finalizing the event location for Friday, April 28th. With this in mind, we are in need of volunteers! If you are interested in helping to organize and setup for this event, please email your name and contact information (email address and phone number) to [email protected]. Our events chairperson will connect with you and let you know next steps for banquet needs.
You are also welcome to attend the CHS EBC General Meetings on the third Tuesday of every month to find out how your volunteer hours can benefit your student and the CHS STEM program through the Engineering Booster Club. Looking forward to seeing you at the next meeting on February 21st! A quick and easy way to support the CHS School of Engineering is by increasing the impact of your donation with a corporate matching gift. Many employers will match your financial gifts and/or volunteer hours. Find out if your employer will match your contributions through your company HR Benefits Administrator.
Some employers request a commitment of volunteer hours to provide a matching contribution. There are many volunteer opportunities within the School of Engineering program and the Engineering Booster Club. We will work to find a volunteer opportunity that will match your time and talent needs. If you need help finding out where to volunteer, please contact any EBC Board Member or School of Engineering teacher. The Banquet will be April 29 from 6:30 to 8:30 at GracePoint Church.
